EU REACH
The EU Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation (1907/2006) obliges all companies placing chemical substances on the EU market at quantities equal or greater than one tonne per year to register/pre-register their chemicals with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) depending upon their yearly EU tonnage.
